okay if tsukuyomi lasts 1 second in the real world and infinite tsukuyomi lasts forever. what will happen if some1 isnt caught in it or sasuke breaks out of it(since he is an uchiha) or that crow in naruto breaks him out if it

We dont know. Sasuke will probably laugh at people not realising they are in a genjitsu. While crow inside was taken out and its eye used on Itachi.

I think that if it's anything ike itachi's tsukuyomi it just means that the user (with juubi's infinite chakra will be able to use that chakra to hold the jutsu for as long as possible, but I'm sure that it'll only last like a day in the real world xd
