When does one piece get good?

I'm up to episode 106 and it has been pretty boring apart from Luffy messing up that mermans shit, I was just wondering what episode it starts to get really good, please no spoilers.

Well, it has some good moments in the Arabasta and in Skypiea arcs, but the real deal starts with Water 7. If you have patience it will be one of your favorite animes in the end.

-One Piece's art style is different.
-You think it's childish BASED on the art style.
