Do you recognize users by their Avatars/Signatures or their usernames?

Do you recognize users by their Avatars/Signatures or their usernames? Or even something entirely different?

I have not yet made a name for myself here on Narutobase but i was thinking of changing my avatar. Or are most people here known only by their avatars?

Mostly names.
Some names you see alot around the base and they're kinda hard to forget after a while.

Avatars mostly, for instance there was this one use with a gif of Sasuke riding Bunchie..it was awesome, but there are users who name I do recognize

For some people its different but i mostly recognize others by their usernames.

For the most part I remember people by their avatars, seeing as how that's the first thing I see in a persons post. Although if someone changes their avatar, (and I've seen them more than once.. 4-5 times?) I'll most likely realize it's them are pair their username with said avatar. >.> Some people like -S- I remember by name strictly.

Neither, I notice them by the dumbshit they post.

Mostly names U_U Some are good old friends though; so I tend to realize what avatar they sport at times. Like Jack Spicer xD

I think, the more you're used to being here, the more you tend to circle your friends and the better you remember some users.

Mostly names, sometimes avatars for example for Mercy: I can tell by the cyan name he always has and the female avatars.

I've been told, people recognize me, the guy with the HU avatar...

This... I dont remember people by dumb posts, just by posts. I remember people mostly by what they post. Cuz I can sum up their character that way. I can completely forget an ava or a username easily but if a post is consistent with the persons character then I remember them.

But between username and ava its mostly username cuz I associate the username with their posts not ava.
