logically speaking raikages should be immune to genjutsu right?

You have a point however it seems that genjutsu doesn't work like other chakra porperties for example you took genjtusu chakra Spred here like gara spreads his sands with chakra however it seems that genjtusu works almost like Space time ninjutsu Why well because no matter what barrier you are through you are going to be affected Also genjutsu users are very rare because they have the ability to manipulate other people s chakra at least that s how it works and that chakra distruble might as well be the key to raikage s armor don t you think ? also to finalize this and make this more simple take sharingan as an example the 3 tomoe sharingan can manipulate chakra to a certain point however when the mangekyou sharingan is activated along with tsukyomi you can manipulate chakra to a higher level hope this helps

so the question is, if a raikage is under genjutsu, will going from a base state to v1 raiton cloak or from v1 to v2[in a's case] disturb the genjutsus effects enough on the brain to break the jutsu...

im not sure, the raikages lightning chakra enhances their synapses to fire faster and with that increasing speed and reflexes, but genjutsu is chakra inserted into the chakra pathways of the brain to manipulate the senses, i suppose with enough of a jolt of chakra/energy one could possibly break out of genjutsu, but i think being already caught in genjutsu in the first place, the capacity for them to increase their chakra output is severely limited, we saw raikage damn near paralyzed because of madara, im sure if he could have upped the juice to break out of that state he would have, so im inclined to say no, unless hey had extreme emotional disturbance kind of like when sasuke broke out of danzo's seal
