The original Oro was killed by Sasuke back at the hideout.

The original Orochimaru was absorbed by Sasuke back at the hideout, is the same one that was sealed by Totsuka. Orochimaru was being suppressed by Sasuke's chakra thats why he popped out when Sasuke exhausted his chakra while fighting Itachi, but i believe the version that was in his curse mark fused with the one trapped inside his body and came out of the curse mark.

oro's consciousness is singular, his energies/chakras/life force however are present in the CS, and apparently his consciousness will travel from cs to cs, or remain in the spiritual realm, w/e, until someone applies oro's dna to a CS and then releases the seal allowing oro's energies, consciousness, and physical form to come out of the CS

also, he was never sealed in the totsuka sword, that would perma-genjutsu his consciousness in the sake jar and he wouldnt have been able to be revived as he did
