Easy dude, Utakata without thinking.
I will probably put Itachi on this, but Utakata It's more enough to escape many times from any ninja who attacking him with his bubble shield.

Kabuto Yakushi for me is the most interesting missing nin because of his hard to pinpoint personality. I find Itachi to be to much of a perfect character, I prefer flaws.
