Naruto&Sasuke are equal

Sorry, if I annoy anyone with this thread but, it annoys me when I see threads saying naruto is stronger than sasuke or vice versa all I have to go on is this:

"Kishimoto compared Sasuke and Naruto to the yin and yang as a result of their notable differences. As a result, he mentions that whenever one of the two progresses, he makes sure the other does it too."

To me this means they're always equal.

I only see that happening if sasuke gets rinne and naruto does not get sage beast mode.
