Why dont Naruto, Sakura, and/or Hinata get together

Naruto is not a romantic manga, it is an action based manga. Kishi putting more focus on relationships would be pointless to the overall plot.

Well, interesting question about Sakura nevertheless. I think she is still figuring out which one of the two she loves... I would tend to go more in Sasuke but she has developped some feelings for Naruto as well as Yamato has observed.
Regarding the whole relationships stuff, I think Kishi will give some importance to it at the end of the series, after every problem is going to be solved.
