Here's why I feel that Kimimaro can defeat Pain

1.Kimimaro is a Taijutsu master and the Preta path will be rendered useless

2.The Human Path will not get close enough to touch Kimimaro therefore that path is useless

3.The animal path and it's summons will pose a problem but Kimimaro bones I believe and penetrate all of the summons and I just don't see how they would hurt him

4.Asura path all that mechanical shit is also a waste of time because I don't see Kimimaro getting hit by them weak ass rockets next

5.Naraka Path will be useless because I believe Kimimaro will figure out that he needs to be taken out first just off the way the pain paths line up in their formation with this path being in the back of the formation

6.And finally Deva path here's the problem I still don't believe he has a jutsu strong enough to hurt Kimimaro...Shinra Tensei all that pulling back and forward that not doing anything...Chibaku Tensei ok you can put him in a giant cluster of rocks but how will that hurt him if Gaara sand did absolutely nothing, didn't even phase Kimi

7.Kimimaro has excellent Strength, endurance, speed, Dexterity, Toughness, and sheer will power to get the job done IMO

Kimimaro would last a lot longer than other ninja but he isn't invincible. He still feels pain and will get tired of being knocked around eventually. He also fights with mainly taijutsu so that would be dangerous against Human Path. Since his bone control only uses chakra when controlling osteoclasts and osteoblasts then if he already has his bone armor up Preta Path can't do anything about it. Constant explosions and Deva Path jutsus will eventually wear him down and I think concussive force to his head will still rattle his brain around, no matter how dense his bones are, damaging his brain. The SPOP would be a little too much for him but he could have definitely taken out a few paths if healthy.

How will he defeat EMS Sasuke, the third Raikage who solo'ed the 8 tails and chopped off his horn...SM Kabuto will kick pains Ass, Mu can fly and he has the Jinton and he can completely turn himself invisible, A just has monster speed and strength how will pain counter that speed, We never seen a 100% Itachi fight but the dude is incredible oh by the way he did seal Nagato who is far more superior than that of pain...The third Hokage in his prime could make shadow clones to even up that fight...you guys severely over rate pain

So how can Kimimaro be hurt if Gaara sand couldt even crush him it did nothing...those missiles never hit anyone so we don't know how powerful they really are...this guy was a child killing grown men his own clan feared this dude that's saying something and Orochimaru coveted this guy that's remarkable
