Sasori & Deidara
Sasori's Abilities
Hiroku
Hiruko was the first puppet to be shown being used by Sasori in the series. Sasori actually wore this puppet as an armour and weapon, and controlled it from the inside, thus eliminating the puppeteer's weakness of being a separate and exposed target. Hiruko had a long mechanical, scorpion-like tail extending from the mouth of what appeared to be a demon mask on its back. Chiyo said this mask was a recent addition by Sasori to add extra defence to a weak point in the puppet. The tail worked as Hiruko's main offensive weapon, and was laced with his poison. The tail was also used as an extra defence by spinning it around his body at a rapid speed.
Third Kazekage Puppet
Sasori's favourite human puppet was the Third Kazekage, which retained its Magnet Release, which in turn grants Sasori access to the Iron Sand techniques. When mixed with Sasori's poison, the Iron Sand was given a more lethal edge. The Iron Sand could also be used to fill up the joints of other puppets, thus immobilising them. Due to the Iron Sand being derived from the Third's ability to convert chakra to magnetism, this grants Sasori immunity from metallic weapons. The Third's puppet's right arm held several poisoned blades, while the left arm could open up to reveal several summoning seals that summoned thousands of similar arms to attack the target. These arms were capable of crushing an opponent, emitting poisonous gas clouds, and releasing wires that dragged the opponent into the gas cloud. If these arms were cut off, a small buzz-saw took their place.
Brain Washing Technique
The user seals away the target's memories by burying an extremely small needle into the brain's memory centre. The memories can be restored by cancelling the technique, thereby destroying the needle. If a subordinate had this operation done on their brains and has infiltrated in enemy camp, they can safely perform spy activity over a long period of time. If the user cancels the technique, the target will once again remember their mission.
Performance of a Hundred Puppets
Sasori claimed that he had brought down an entire country with this technique. Many of the puppets however, were destroyed during Sasori's battle with Chiyo and Sakura Haruno, although they did manage to destroy some of Chiyo's White Secret Technique: The Chikamatsu Collection of Ten Puppets. While these one hundred puppets lacked teamwork, they apparently used sheer attrition and numbers to overwhelm their opponents. Even when they decrease in numbers they do not become less dangerous as it merely allows Sasori to focus more on the remaining puppets.
Deidara
Explosion Release
Deidara possessed a kekkei genkai known as Explosion Release: this allowed him, by simultaneously using two (currently unknown) chakra natures, to give his chakra explosive qualities. Deidara also possessed special mouths in the palms of his hands and on the left side of his chest as a result of stealing a powerful kinjutsu from his village. By commonly using these two special abilities in unison, he could create explosive clay, clay infused with his explosive chakra that detonated with the command Katsu. Deidara could even create clones from the clay and named Suicide Bombing Clones, that could be a deadly surprise for opponents. Deidara's clay creations ranged from microscopic to gigantic in size, allowing him to adapt to any situation. Deidara could also use the clay for other purposes, as he was frequently seen creating birds to be used for transportation.

Deidara's most powerful large scale bomb, that once activated becomes an enormous statue that Deidara drops on his target from above. Its explosive power was great enough to apparently destroy a large portion of Sunagakure.
Suicide Bombing Clone
After creating a shadow clone, it will then ingest some explosive clay and explode, creating a diversion that can be used to escape. With a "suicide bombing announcement" the enemy's wariness is heightened and this opportunity is used to switch places with a shadow clone. The explosion is said to be strong enough to destroy an entire forest. This technique requires an adept usage of verbal tricks; with this foundation of using many "arts" to trifle with the enemy, it certainly fulfils its purpose.

With his clay, Deidara creates a giant doll that looks like him. When it ruptures, a cloud of microscopic bombs are released. Impossible to be seen by a normal person, the bombs will enter the bloodstream of anyone who inhales them. Once there, the countless micro-bombs explode at Deidara's command, causing the victims' bodies to disintegrate at the cellular level; literally turning them into dust.
I have rushed the whole thread, I could have made a much more better thread that would explain more of their abilities but I cannot because I have to take a shower soon. Who do you guys think will win? I'mma go with Sasori, due to his poison, he can someone use his puppets as a distraction and sneak some of his poison in Deidara's bag of clay.
