Rinnegan huge potential?

I thought about that the Rinnegan has a huge potential and with it you could be the most powerful shinobi.

The six Paths together with Gedo Mazo are powerful enough.

and due to the yin yang mastery and mastery over all 5 element natures you can according to jiraiya learn any jutsu you want to learn. nagato could do it already with 10 years.

So isnt it haxxed if the rinnegan user can learn any ninjutsu with 5 elements and use above the 6 paths and gedo mazo? and even revive the dead?
