Nagato has ways of overcoming it, yes. Absorbtion, Shinra Tensei to lessen the effects of the shockwave or simply pulling the user out with Banshou Tenin should suffice.

I'm pretty sure we found out nagato was a sense, when he sensed itachi was about to use amateratsu during their fight, and also when itachi told kabuto that nagato was the one that sensed were his was.

jesus ****ing christ. its the nagato fanboys acting like he is ****ing invincible. shinra tensei isnt lessening the effect of mountain busting shockwaves. nagato isnt avoiding it unless you think he can fly across a mountain range in a second. bansho tenin would end up attracting perfect susano, not madara and it wouldnt even work because perfect susano is too big. his only option is preta path and he wouldnt get close enough to absorb it and even if he did, it would take too long due to perfect susanos size.
