Can Orochimaru now use all of his jutsus?

Hey guys! I don't know if I remembered correctly, but I believe Orochimaru's arms got sealed with the death god thanks to Hiruzen- taking away all of his jutsus. Then with the help of Kabuto used living corpse reincarnation on one of the prisoners which allowed to (I guess) use jutsu for three years, but he couldn't use his arms during the fight with Sasuke (the duration ended).

Long story short, is he able to use his arms and all of his jutsus now? If so explain how please....

As far as I know his arms got sealed, not his jutsus. The reason he couldn't use
jutsus was because he couldn't make hand seals. Now that he can use his arms
again, yes, he can use all of his jutsus.

no, he said it himself that he does not have enough power to take sasuke's body, so that means he still can't use all of his jutsu's.

his soul arms are still sealed to my knowledge, he cannot perform handsigns to mold chakra for his jutsus, but i think he can still summon. in terms of his soul nothing has changed since he "died" to the point where he was Resurrected, the portion of his soul that was sealed still remains in the death god , until shown other wise he cant use ninjutsu
