Do you have to be a hyuuga to use Rotation?

I don't see any reason why you would need byakugan to use rotation. i think its a secret jutsu like shadow possession or mind transfer. i dont see what seeing 360 degrees has to do with shooting chakra out of your body.

and how come other ninja dont learn it? no one taught neji because he was side branch. he learned 64 palm and rotation on his own

think about this if your not able to see behind on the sides of you rotation would be useless because byakugan lets you see attack ahead of time making easy to time your rotation attack

Kaiten is a Jyuuken technique. You need Byakugan to perform Jyuuken. Someone who can't see chakra flow as Byakugan users do has no hope of gaining that kind of fine tuned chakra control. Anyone can make ordinary chakra come out of their feet - only a Jyuuken user can make ordinary chakra come out of their feet in such a way that it will slice a 2x4 in half.

I'm guessing that anyone can learn Jyuuken, It's just Hiden ninjutsu. If someone outside of the clan did learn it without the help of the Byakugan, they would have to put in the extra effort of memorizing the Chakra points, and even then, they would not be able to see their enemies special tenketsu that shuts the chakra flow down. Idk lol.

Anyone can learn gentle fist or Rotation with training... The thing unique to hyuugas is the byakugan and it's ability to see tenketsu etc....


This goes without saying that learning gentle fist without byakugan would be a complete waste of time...
