naruto movie 6 question?

Well since kishi is helping with the movie and designing and drawing and plotting the movie, does that mean the characters and what they do such as attacks and overall ability can be taken as canon? I know people like hinata and the rest of konoha 12 are different except naruto and sakura interms as the way they act aren't canon

The movie story happens in another dimension produced by Tobi as he sees naruto wanting his parents and his innner feelings.....The story is related to the main story...I would not say it a complete cannon tho

But what about naruto and kurama? That's what im trying to get at especially kurama...I im not sure if kishi came up withbthe idea using his chakre to create living beings tho so that ability ill take as non canon oh and menma uses that ability not regular naruto
