Does Tobi Know how to use Edo Tensai?

So guys i was wondering does tobi know how to use edo tensai....i mean he was watching Kabuto perform the edo tensai and sharingan is supposed to copy the hand seals.....and again i don't think edo tensai is a bloodline limit....so is it possible that tobi may use edo tensai in future?

And may be the another reason tobi asked kabuto all the details about the edo tensai is because he himself want to perform the edo tensai.....U_U
