Yata mirror also works as a shield therefore any attack that hits it is rebounded as shown when sasuke attacked it with his sword and I argue that susanoos have a base element which is different for each user so so the snakes and susanoo(IMO) will not work against it

There was a thread a bit ago detailing specifically why Itachi's Susanoo wasn't unbeatable.

The general consensus was that Jinton (possibly Futton also) was the best offense, as it completely surrounds the target. Yatas mirror can only reflect attacks from head on (as far as anyone can tell), so it wouldn't be able to stop such an attack. For that same reason, many attacks that can get around the mirror, and strike from behind or below, could possibly damage the Susanoo.

As far as Yasaka Magatama is concerned, its not like some ultimate unbeatable offense. Just Itachi's strongest long range attack. It could probably be dodged easily, actually...
