Tobi cant use rennigan abilities

So im going to say the reason why Tobi cant use the rennigan Techs is because he dosen't have high enough chakra reserves to use the rennigan techs and take up to much chakra. Because unlike Nagato who is an Uzumaki and are known to have large chakra reserves (Example: Naruto Uzumaki) so Nagato can use rennigan techs without massively lowering his chakra reserves. BTW way first time making a thread tell me how i did.

No, Tobi was gonna suck naruto into his other dimension but Guy prevented that by forcing him to defend. Tobi would not use that Rinnegan tech on Naruto bc if Naruto dies the 9 tail goes with him temporarily until it reforms a few years later.
