Asafa was the first guy to put us (Jamaica) on the map in the sprints back in 2004 when he became the Olympic champion but since then he fell victim to alot of injuries, and as a result his performance became very in-consistence, he's a very humble guy though.

True. And aasafa powell still has the best start in the world. I met him in 2010 at Penn Relays. He was pretty cool guy.

yeah probably the nicest guy you'll ever meet, can't wait to see him run in the 100m finals he'll most likely wont medal in that race but it doesn't matter he'll still pick up a medal in the 4 by 100 relays.
