he has still a lot of kinjutsu and rebirth techniqe. this cant be underestimated.

Possibly. Orochimaru is well........Orochimaru.
And Nagato doesn't have any genjutsu, which is Oro's weakness.
Nagato has soul techs on his side though, so he wins.

Yea your right unless he uses that tech where he steals souls all other tech wont work on oro because he will jus keep regenerating bodies plus oro i skilled at sealing techs so beating the paths wont be hard for him

tht isnt something u can use really because while pain did have a healthy fight with naruto in 6 tail u have to understand tht orochimaru was fighting the 4tail @ half strength and with practically no arms and he found the fight very entertain also fighting to a standstill
