Going by the A-B-C logic Hanzo defeated the 3 Sannins Tsunade, Orochimaru and Jiraiya, and gave them theese titles. Then in the 4th Ninja War Hanzo was defeated by Mifune. This means Mifune > Jiraiya, Tsunade, Orochimaru.
