not to mention if any the other kages get into a tight spot minato can easily rescue them with his ftg

madaras meteors get countered with his space time barrier and any other large scale attack

imo minato would be a better replacement in tsunades place.

Minato cannot teleport even one meteor unless he wants to dye of chakra exhaustion. BTW Gaara can seal from a distance(which is better) while minato needs to get close and may get killed in the process. No need for his FTG, Madara cannot track even the raikage so if speed was the answer they would have won by now.

Gaara did not need healing,tsunade forced her self on him and only mei would have died from the fire attack, the rest would have survived.
