Please tell me what defines a whole object then, there are forces between all things you are restricted minato's ability to teleport due to forces which you believe would be too strong.

It is a feat that minato can over ome forces of attraction (even if it is unnoticeable gravitational forces between a tree and Kakashi) in order to teleport, we do not cap his ability, kishi does.

Do I really have to explain this? A whole solid object can be described as something that can be moved by itself. A rock is an object. A pencil is an object. The Earth is an object. The gravitational force between Kurama and everything surrounding him is a lot weaker than the molecular forces that hold parts of solid land (a mountain) to the rest of the land. Kishi has shown Minato to be able to teleport objects that aren't connected by some relatively powerful force to something else. So since this is what has been shown of FTG that is what FTG can do. You are overplaying his abilities.

Yeah Heroes was pretty badass lol. I always believed that DL's fist simply displaced the matter which was inside Linderman's head, so his brain/blood/bone etc simply fell out, though as the viewer we didn't really see this. DL casually pulled his hand out and there was just abit of blood on it, so i'm defo assuming it either displaced Linderman's matter or said matter simply disappeared from existence. That's why I have the idea that Tobi could just place his hand in your head, solidify and kill you instantly, but for this manga that's wayyy too hax, so Kishimoto couldn't allow such a thing.

I think they should have had a hole in Linderman's head (or did they? I don't remember that they did...) Yea it would be messed up, so I keep to my ideas of why Tobi is limited so.

Yeah he had a hole in the back of his head where DL's fist was.

If Tobi did this wouldn't there be a chance that his fist and the person's head would combine at the molecular level, leaving them connected for the rest of their lives or until Tobi cuts off his hand? Or that solidifying causes his body to automatically repel or be repelled, depending on mass/density/size, whatever he is phased through (this makes since because if he solidifies with air molecules passing through him, and this didn't happen, then the molecules would be in his bloodstream and possibly create an embolus that would kill him). Or that he cannot solidify with something of a certain density in him?

Just throwing some possibilities out there. These kinds of things come to mind when I think about teleportation in general and if something teleports into a solid or liquid.

dont agrre with this tho.

tobi makes his hand go ghost mode and put utin someone head and go tangible its a instant win all there is too it.

That is one possibility, or my other options could happen. It just all depends on whoever comes up with the fictional storyline, since this has never been done in real life. The only thing we can assume is that Tobi can't become tangible when something solid is in him since he hasn't done so. I'm glad Kishi hasn't given him black hole punch no jutsu. Too OP

its not a possibility its fact. plot shield stops it from happening tho.

tobi was able to put his hand in km naruto' head but kakashi and guy stepped in.

How do you know what would happen if something that is intangible became tangible again in a living thing? Have I missed some ground breaking event in science? There are many possibilities as to what would happen if the intangible became solid again in something solid. You can't just say one thing would happen because you say so. So it isn't fact until it is shown in a real world application or shown in the manga. Tobi put his hand in Naruto's head while intangible. Sorry but it doesn't seem like Tobi can do such a thing in Kishi's manga. In Heroes DL can do it, but this isn't Heroes.

I am not over playing it, it really sucks that you are making out that I am when you are simply caping it out of convenience, so minato lacks the ability to teleport half a pencil? Or maybe you have decided that his ability gets caped at half a door?

When was it stated that there are any boundaries you creating bondaries from thin air is extremely weak as an argument, we know he can teleport what he wants within his chakra capacity, we know he has teleported an extremely dense mountain sized karuma thus we know he can teleport heavy mountain sized objects.

You have said No because the mountain is attached to the ground, yet you state my assumptions are wild, lol.

its called common sense friend. why couldnt tobi be able to do that?

this is a manga where plp can bring the dead back to fken life....

obv if tobi turned his hand ghost mode the hand would be stuck in the persons head until tobi turns his hand ghost again

sure
I see no reason why It couldn't technically be possible.

but my guess would be the bigger the object the more chakra taxing.
Would it really be worth it?
He seemed a little winded after teleporting the TBB so... a mountain?
I don't think its impossible in that sense.

@Maunten: Show me where Minato has used FTG to teleport part of an object and then your argument is valid.

@Prince Charles: Common sense? This isn't common sense at all. It is a very complex topic. If it wasn't so complex then humans would have been able to come up with a way to walk through solid walls by now. The fact is that nobody knows what would happen if this fictional scenario played out in real life. So the person who writes the fiction comes up with details for it. Kishi hasn't shown that Tobi's intangibility works like that. That is the only thing we truly KNOW about this topic. Am I wrong?

minato teleport his clothes that would take some chakra and how the hell he knows how to teleport his clothes while teleporting kurama without touching it along with the tbb and not teleporting gumabunta. he can choose what to teleport so if he wants he could just teleport HEADS. just like what he did to you he teleported your brain, now you have nothing to use

Those are still full individual objects. He has never teleported part of an object. Basic FTG seems to teleport just him and whatever he is touching. He can obviously control what he teleports in a certain area when he builds up enough chakra. It is probably similar to the S/T barrier he used on Kurama's first TBB.

That wasn't hard. Use what little brain you have and go back to school kid. Have some ice cream as incentive. :ice:

Edit: The sentence that starts with "basic FTG"

minato was caught on a chain by tobi. he teleport away leaving the chain. but he got his clothes. that means he can choose what to teleport.
