Well, he clearly isn't as slow as some suggest, but I just want to know exactly what technique he performed in order to get there so fast.

Yeah, most likely the lizard is just that broken. This speed + invisibility makes for one hell of a summon.

He probably is fast. I was using this as an example, if he's not a cripple he's fast. Now who's irrelevant?

So I was looking through the manga, and something caught my eye:

Nagato used Shinra Tensei and then almost immediately appeared behind a bewildered Bee. Did he just blitz Killer B? Or did he reverse summon the chameleon to that side of the battlefield? I thought it could've been a mistake by Kishimoto, but then Bee went on to say 'not so fast'. Thoughts? I'm totally baffled at the moment.

I think that was his own Speed, I've questioned it befor, Or he could of used gravity manipulation to propel himself to Bee's direction.

How ever he did it, he was quite fast at doing so.

-body flicker (possible maybe your legs don't have anything to do with body flicker)

-hes just that fast even when crippled (this one seems highly unlikely but if its true, Nagato without crippled legs would be faster then Minato)

Gravitational abilities, propulsion boots, Chameleon shunshin; his method is probably not that important to be honest, they all account for the same thing. Nagato holds an outrageous speed feat.
