Kakashi can't funnel two different chakra types with both of his hands at the same time like Yamato or Mei so a new kekkei genkai element and kekkei touta are outta the picture. He's only been shown to do one element at a time. And plus if he had dust release the ninja world would be doomed lol.

No the blending of the elements into new styles (such as wood) is a bloodline limit meaning it has to be passed down to you through your family. The ability to master nature types is not passed down but a skill acquired by highly capable shinobi. There are several shinobi who can use multiple natures that do not have a kekkei genkai.

No and Sharingan can't copy Kekkei Genkai. Kekkei Tota would just be the same. Something to do with Blood or whatnot.

This again? I doubt it. Well if you can come up with anything that combines lightning,water and earth into one thing we might think of something but still I highly doubt it.
