I don't think that Tobi will fall for the same trick always. Now Tobi will certainly take care for Kakashi who is the main danger here and we have to consider that Kakashi is not spamming Kamui, there is a limit at the end. Also Tobi have his possibilities to dodge the attacks Kakashi is warping in the other dimension, for example by becoming tangible. Hopefully we'll see more Rinnegan techniques in the future.

Tobi will most likely start using preta path or just Dodging now that he knows kakashi can counter his S/T, or simply go after kakashi first.

Their best next attack is to Kumai one on Naruto's BM clones to the other dimension. This way they can fight Tobi from BOTH DIMENSIONS.
