Ok i was reading on Narutopedia trying to find research for another forum i was going to make, and when i clicked on Fugaku's page i read a little it stated that he and his wife were absent During the Nine Tails attack on Konoha. So I'm thinking maybe Sasuke and Oro are going to see the people they were with or maybe Fugaku and Mikoto possibly created something leaving it for Sasuke ( maybe Ghosts of themselves). Because Sasuke said he going to see the one who knows all.

No, I'm sure whoever Sasuke is gonna meet is not his parents. They don't know "everything". Besides his parents are just dead. What they would need to revive them is edo tensei and what Taka found on the scroll is something new, something powerful enough to enable them to "take control of the war"

the scroll could be edo tensei. with kabuto out of the picture, edo tensei would be enough to take control of the war

I guess it could be but why didn't they just say they found the scroll for edo tensei? It's nothing special anymore. What they found seemed like something really awesome

I think "everything" means the reason the uchia tried to take over the leaf and that led to the massacre and why Itachi chose to side with the leaf, he just wants to know why Itachi did what he did. We don't know what that scroll has in it, it maybe a ressurection jutsu. Sasuke's parents would know the details, coz it was his father that started it. And I'm probably guessing Tobi had something to do with it or madara, seeing that when itachi spoke to the masked man, he had longer hair.
