Why most oponent naruto faught are handicap in battle

Then why r u even reading the manga,
the dialogue between nagato and naruto are heart touching, It's not about someone weak defending a sick strong person or by help of other characters , that's what it means to be a bunch of copper coins cost more than a gold coin.

Bee was wrecking all of Taka but made a plot to look like he was defeated and leave the village's surveillance
He was also saved by Gaara,Suigetsu and Suigetsu against the 5 kages

Sasuke was countering all dediara jutsu with his lightning.Dediara did not wanted to die by an uchiha so he kill himself

Sasuke said numerous time that he wanted to kill kabuto .However itachi said to sasuke we have to fight kabuto without killing him.This made sasuke handicap against kabuto.We donot know what sasuke could have done with his jutsu or ems to kill kabuto instantly if he was allow to kill kabuto.We also saw sasuke did not finish off kabuto because he was no interest in sasuke eyes

Sasuke was not at full strenght against killerbee because he just came from fighting itach which remove his CS and the battle was intense.sasuke could have use amatersu from the start to kill killerbee because jugo said that was the jutsu sasuke was talking about.Sasuke knew amaterasu before but because he was not at full health he could not use strong jutsu like kirin or others agianst killerbee which make him handicap during that battle.

Sasuke main intention in the kage summit was to kill danzo,however zetsu told the kages his location and they faught him.Sasuke did not plan to fight the kages but however he had the gut to fight them .
At the end he kill danzo.If danzo was not fighting 100% why he was izanai on sasuke and when he was almost about to die why did nt he use his best jutsu or that all he got?

I agree with you completely on how there is a lot of plot shield,
but I don't agree about the arc being dull.

Sure I find plot shield annoying, not because its high unlikelyness but because some people can't recognize this and think the fights are fair.

none of them are handicapped if they are only withholding jutsus what they think isnt effective against naruto.
only pain held back since he didnt want to kill naruto and kabuto was planning to have third raikage beat naruto half to death but not to death.

itachi is edo tensi ,he could get hit and regenerate.Madara allow himself to get hit by onoki dust release and metoer jutsu,Itachi did think similar.If itachi was alive and fighting kabuto,the battle will finish quick,kabuto will lose

It becomming a trend now in naruto battles.too much plot sheild ,plot no jutsu or talk no jutsu

Nagato dream since he was young was to make peace.He kill numerous people in his lifetime but he was stop by young guy call naruto with talk no jutsu and jiraya book.Nagato was heartless and OP why the hell he give up on making peace to a young /teenager in a short time.

Tobi got rinnegan,sharingan,alot of knowledge of the shinobi world,6 tailbeast,gedo mazo which can take out people soul and other jutsu.Why kishimoto make tobi only trying to touch naruto but never use his j utsu S/T to take naruto /killerbee into another dimension or at least handicap kakashi and his team.

The edo raikage did not use his black lightning or other jutsu against naruto.He only use lightning armor and more taijutsu attack against a clone.Similar to other ninja he faught.

I just fine too much plot shield on certain ninja against naruto and even on main characters like kakashi who spam kamui (which he suppose to die),kages suppose to die long time ago against madara ,sasuke and itachi were restricted to fight kabuto etc.
It making the war arc really dull and pointless

Nearly every character has plot shield not only Naruto . . .

Sasuke:

Weak Jutsu less Orochimaru
An Unwilling Itachi
Needed manda to save himself from Diedara
Tobi, Zetsu, Gaara saves Sasuke from the Kages.
Karin healed Sasuke after Danzo stabbed him.
Had help from Itachi.

Sakura:

Usually never in the battle field.
Had Chiyo to help and heal.

and so on . . . . .
