Itachi and Nagato proof of who'se stronger

Ninjutsu
Itachi-Fire Style,clones,water style and three basicly one shot technigues that even the rinnegan cant stop.
Nagato-Deva,Preta,Human,Animal,Naraka and Asura Path are all devasting killing technigues that can counter Itachi's skills.
Winner-Nagato

Taijutsu
Itachi-He has shown to be very agile and fast and is unparalled in ninja stool skill. He can even combine his taijutsu with genjutsu as in use his eyes at close range.
Nagato-He cant move well on his own but if absorbs chakra he becomes quick but has dulled movements.He can combine taijutsu with asura,naraka, human and animal paths for a deadly combination.
Winner-Draw

Genjutsu
Itachi-His abilities are obvious.Even the Rinnegan isnt immune to Tsukyomi.
Nagato-His weakness is genjutsu in general or at least i assume. However thanks to the rinnegan he can easily escape weak and average genjutsu.

Intelligence
Itachi-His intellengence is obvious. One of the smartest people in the series.
Nagato-He has shown to be really intellegent also such as his spop formation during his fight with naruto.

Strenght
Itachi-His brute strength seems to be below average.
Nagato-His brute strength is lower than Itachi's but with the asura path his brute force can be devastating.
Winner-Nagato

Speed
Itachi-He has shown to be very fast to even slip through the eyes of trained jonin.
Nagato-His is shown to be pretty quick even though his movements are dulled.

Stamina
Itachi-Itachi DOES NOT have alot of stamina obviously.
Nagato-Rinnegan. What else can I say?

WINNER IS..NOBODY. Its a Draw!

The battle can go either way. Itachi has two "insta-kills"(tsukyomi and totsuka blade) while Nagato only has one(Chibaku Tensei). Some say Itachi can destroy Chibaku Tensei and others say he cant. If he can, Itachi wins. If he cant, Nagto wins. That is all.

The intelligence should be a draw, I mean, we barely know how smart pain is, we never got to see him have those moments. But Itachi can be one of the smartest in the series

Because I like both Itachi and Nagato.

- Chibaku Tensei ends this.
- Banshou Tenin pulls Itachi out of Susanoo, Human Path ends this.
- Preta Path absorbs Susanoo.
- Shinra Tensei > Amaterasu, Nagato can sense the change in air pressure before it's about to be used.
- Tsukuyomi is irrelevant since Nagato can fight with his eyes closed (sensing abilities).
- Chou Shinra Tensei ends this.
- Gedo Mazo ends this.
- Gedo Mazo sync - soul rip ends this.
- Nagato's summons alone would force Itachi to exhaust alot of chakra (Cerberus, Chameleon etc).
- Preta Path fodderizes his ninjutsu.
- Preta Path can absorb Itachi's chakra reserves directly if Nagato touches him; no nijutsu whatsoever for the Uchiha boy if this occurs.
- Stamina, Nagato stomps.

This isn't even close.

Amaterasu would kill Nagato was well. It caused a lot of damage during the short time it was on Nagato when he was with Itachi. It depends on how long the fight lasts to me. If it is short then Itachi wins. If it is long then Nagato wins.

For the Itachi fans, if we really want a plot free battle here, Nagato ends this by using Banshou Tenin to rip Itachi's eyes from his skull. Kishi made him too HAX so for the purpose of a discussion, i'll ignore this little fact.

unless its an edo, the so6p or his sons, hashi, or madara, NOBODY stands a chance against nagato in a 1v1. thats why the MAIN character of the series had to use words and not fight. vote with your head folks...not your heart
