False, it is an obvious use of hyperbole. It wouldn't be the only time things in this manga have been overexaggerated.

Not even close to being true. If it was true as soon as someone used amaterasu once the entire world would burn to a crisp in less than a second

Raikage took Amaterasu like a boss. I highly doubt he could swim in the sun though.........lol.
