Kakashi is still vurnerable. People who are fast enough to escape his sights say A would fodderize him. Sasuke has EMS Susanoo and AMA spam and stuff. Both would definetly be dangerous.

sasuke already spams amatersu so an infinite spam of kakashi's kamui would do any ninja in and from what we've seen even tobi...not to mention the thousand of jutsu kakshi has at his disposal....N chakra wouldn't be an issue
