What happened in 596???

Hey guys i know it's a bit late but please tell me what happened in chapter 596,that how and what kakashi figured out about tobi's power.

Based on a crack on tobi's mask and a little experiment using naruto's rasengan and his kamui, kakashi proposed that Tobi only uses one jutsu to phase through objects and teleport...

No i want to ask what he figured out that how they managed to hit tobi.

Kakashi tryed something out. He wanted to figure out how tobis S/T jutsu worked soo he tryed out his MS n which he made naruto rasgen disappear and then made it come riite back similar to tobis jutsu in which made kakashi realize that tobi jutsu is 1 jutsu

That's what he figured out.. The phasing and teleporting are the same, so he just kamui'd naruto's rasengan to tobi's dimension and hit him when he teleported.

No i want to ask what he figured out that how they managed to hit tobi.

Like I said he figured out Tobi use only one jutsu to pahse through objects and teleport.
Tobi's weird jutsu and Kakashi's kamui share the same dimension, so capitalizing on this kakashi teleported naruto's rasengan, which Tobi was phasing through. So, the rasengan hit Tobi in the other dimension.
