Why is Kage such a HUGE accomplishment

Honestly i dont think becoming one of the kage is a HUGE accomplishment becuz all the paperwork, threats on your life all of this crap just becuz your the leader of the village. I would rather surpass a kages' abilities and protect the village when ever the village is under attack you know? If by emo, you mean crying because he felt the love of his parents for the first time, who he was led to believe hated him since birth, then that shows you're some spoiled brat who has no idea what it's like to not be with your parents or feel their warmth, so you take it for granted, or someone has no idea what its like to be loved.

How can you actually expect her ti be confident when her first big battle is against a god amongst men with a 100 foot tall energy demon at his control, who by the way cant die or run out of firepower.
