the kages were to busy looking at the flower. hashirama makes wood clones that travel through the branches and hit the kages down using wood style: great forest technique. also you do know that hashirama an make his branches go in the air and that his wood style is much greater than madaras as it can bust mountains.

madaras perfect susano sliced mountains in half and destroyed the landscape easily. in order for hashirama to have beaten perfect susano his mokuton wouldve needed to be equal to or greater in strength than perfect susano.

It could have had mountain level durability only. Mokuton can suppress chakra so if Hashirama wrapped it around Susanoo, Susanoo would go down. But yeah, its possible that his Mokuton is mountain busting.

In a flashback Madara beat Oonoki and Muu, if Madara could beat them maybe Hashirama could beat them too

that makes zero sense. madara has advantages over certain opponents hashirama completely lacks. his ems can for example see and counter deidaras C4. but hashirama would disintegrate. and muu/onoki were nowhere near their prime.

And we have yet to see or never what hashi can do him and the 2nd have not shown their full arsenal not to mention their only full fight had been nerfed

Yeah the five kages take this. This is too much even for Hashirama to handle. Jinton, suiton, raiton, sand and super-strength are too much for Shodaime to deal with all at once.

I'll say kages mid-high difficulty.

wrong. madara has advantages hashirama would lack such as rinnegan, imortality and unlimited stamina. and he said they were worthy of being kages and not as weak as he initially thought. he did praise their offensive and defensive capability despite kages all being weakened by the war.

also he beat madara and kurama he capture all the bijuu

he never beat kurama and we have no idea what happened with him and madara. knowing madara he was probably fapping too much and let his guard down. not once is it said he had all bijuu.
