Do you see me shoving my religion down your throat? Why then do you carry on quoting my comments... It's really sad that you can't be open-minded or even accept to other beliefs.

i am not shoving anything down your throat.

i'm merely criticizing your idea..

there is a limit to open-mindedness as to not let the brain fall out.

i agree that my post is silly, but i have a point. i disagree with you thinking chakrawizard555 being informative. he dodged all my questions with red herrings.

Quote your questions and I'll take a crack at them, though I think chakra did attempt to answer most of them.:)

i never attacked someone personally, only their ideas..

you are not supposed to attack someone's ideas either. That is not the purpose of this thread. if you disagree with someone's beliefs, you question them logically. no trolling or flaming.

Its ok to challange the ideas but try to do it indirectly or u may get banned from this thread . . . . I question many things too but never directly and usually trying to do it without hurting sentiments, like that spider man comment . . . If u said that: I read that Sun revolved around the Earth according to some book, is it true? . . . . I wldnt have amounted to a direct attack and carried out your point in a better manner.

I really don't have the time to locate through pages for your questions sorry, got an exam in a few hours, so I'm cramming, and responding at the same time.

Quote them for the time I get back, or just re-write them. I'm sure it isn't too time consuming.

No time right now, is what I meant for me.

I'm a Muslim, so I can give you answers from a different perspective.

that was never a direct attack.

i was simply pointing out the silliness in using a book to prove the existence of something. specifically, god.

if i said something as silly as the sun revolving around earth, by all means, do criticize it. it's silly.

I think he was referring to the scientific proofs within the book.

The Qur'an's arrival hinted several things before the developing of modern science to elaborate on such things. Things hinted in the Qur'an are the big bang (which the theory helped acknowledge), the stages of the baby developing in the womb (before ultrasounds came around, the fact the red sea and white do not mix (only recently explained by science), that the earth orbits in a system, and more.

Yes...and for the atheists and the agnostics i just want to say this....how can u possibly believe that nothing reacted with more nothing to create a big bang of nothing that made the universe just saying..im not trying to be rude although it probably sounded like it lol...also it is a safe religion and by that i mean nothing bad will happen if u believe however if u dont and the belief in God is real then bad things will most definitely happen of the fiery sorts...for believers of science that say it holds all the answers answer my first sentence with science (not a theory a definitive answer)...in the end we all believe in something because none of us have all the answers:ice:

That question is not answerable at the moment, it may never be. So far science knows what has happened from the point of the big bang onwards. It would be a pretty amazing feet to determine what happened before the creation of our universe considering we exist within it. To me, it could have occurred by billions of possibilities, which most likely don't fit into our current understanding of physics (or may very well do so). My point is that how do we know something can't be created from nothing? It's illogical in our reality, but may not be in the next.

I refuse to believe this to be the result of a higher being who conscientiously created us. Why can't shit just happen?

there are many gods. how are you sure that the one you worship is real?
pascal's wager is bunk.

why does the universe need to have a creator?

from what i understand you argue: the universe is just too beautiful to have come about. there must be a creator.

then who created this creator?

Hitler was not Christian. He grew up in a catholic family but it is quite obvious that he was not.

Hitler was deeply religous, he disagreed with a lot of catholic/chritian teachings but still believed in there god. Read Mein Kamf.

what is the penalty for apostasy in islam?

Penalty for apostasy only applies to those who have followed Islam, practiced the teachings and lived as one and then have turned their back on the religion and begun spouting things against the religion. Also a reminder, it is only persecuted in Islamic land/ territory when there is a Islamic leader and at least four witnesses.

A Muslim has no right to commit such actions in any other territory.

You may not see it like this, but the action of someone who does that is the equivalent of someone breaking laws and being sentenced with the death penalty. It is one of the greatest and dishonorable sins in Islam.

A random comparison - but fits, like how Sasuke abandoned Konoha.
