Ok so when Tobi dematerializes himself he his sending his body to another dimension and then back again really fast correct? And when Kakashi uses his Kamui to send things away, those things go to the same dimension as Tobi does when he dematerializes.
So thats why When Kakashi sends Naruto's rasengan to the other dimension, it hits Tobi in that dimension when he dematerializes. And when he comes back we can see the effects of what happened. It just happens really fast.
Also this confirms that when Kakashi sent Gedo's head away Tobi just warped it back from that same dimension.

And IDK if Kakashi's and Tobi's sharingan are connected, but we do know that the dimension are.
(this is for those who are confused about what happened, I would have posted earlier but i had work)

I'm surprised more people didn't figure this out right after reading the chapter. I felt it was kind of obvious, and sometimes things are confusing in naruto manga.

About the Gedo, I think that Tobi made Gedo intangible so that would make just Kamui useless.

Idk how else would the rasengan hit him, Kakashi can't tansport it back so it had to hit him in the other dimension.

we dont know if their the same jutsu , and even if they were madaras using susano but that doesnt mean his eyes are linked with sasuke and itachi

every uchiha can learn sasunoo....its not a MS tech its the tech you awakn after you learn both your own tech in each eye
