Why do most people hate English dubbed Naruto?

I don't understand how anyone could hate the English dubbed voices and prefer the subs with Japanese voices instead and most of them can't even speak Japanese. Is there a reason for this? Is it because they've grown accustomed to the reading the manga and they just enjoy reading Naruto? Honestly, what's the meaning of this? :shrug:

What do you mean? The English dubbed versions have plenty of soul... well, Yuri Lowenthal is a good English voice actor. U_U

I used to watch English dub but then i was completely caught up with it and needed to watch subbed so i did that and it grew onto me. once you go subbed you will hate dubbed that's just from my experience.

English voices are horrible it just sounds terrible and when i first started watching the anime with limited resources i couldnt find english dubs so japanese grew on to me

I dislike it because the dubbed voices sound childish compared to the Japanese voices. Plus I want to watch the original version, so Japanese spoken with English/Dutch subs. It isn't hard to listen and quickly read at the same time.
I've always preferred to watching programms in their original language with subs than dubs. Dubs just don't sound natural *shrugs*

I started watching Naruto dubbed, then found out about sub and that it was much farther along in the series. Then I found the manga. I agree with others when they say it sounds funny. It seems less serious especially when someone yells Narutoooooo!!!!!

I personally like the english dub for any anime better. It started with DBZ. I couldn't stand how Goku sounded like a little girl when he was a grown man in japanese. Naruto original japanese sounds better than DBZ's but I still enjoy the english dub for both more.

i watch the english dub when its out like for example part 1. but since shippuden subbed is ahead i usually watch subbed. i really dont care though, if i had to choose between though i choose dub because i dont have to read it and can listen to it and understand easily.
