well i don't think he will go blind that quickly... think of how much itachi used it... he even used it on unecessary ocasions like when he was fighting kakashi... he didn't have to use it... so i don't think that sasuke will blind as quickly as everyone thinks

he was still in good condition... he ran because he didn't want to fight... there was no point in him fighting kakashi... not because he ran out of chakra

he knocked over his water glass earlyer and he had only used his ms once against 8 tails so he is loosing his sight extremly fast.
