Everyone who said ask a mod is completely wrong. Do not ask a mod. The person you ask is an admin(red), only they can change an accounts name. atm rei is quite inactive so your best bet is to ask Zise or Nexus.

To get premium you have to pay. In this section, there are a lot of guides/faqs on premium. Check those out and if you still have more questions about it feel free to vm me!
