maybe this is the first time you guys see this but number games plays a good part in Naruto Manga to put it in a simple way.
when its like Chapter 100-101 or 200-201 :
It means Secrets are going to revealed
and when its Chapter 150-151 or 250-251 :
It means end of the old journey & the new journey is going to start.

Secrets Revealed in Chapters :
Chapter 000-001 : Enter Naruto uzumaki
secret revealed : naruto is the jinchuriki of kyubi and he is the one who killed iruka's parents.
Chapter 100-101 :
secret revealed : about hyuga clan and neji .
Chapter 200-201 :
secret revealed : first time we see kimimaro in action who has been hyped for very long time in manga. finally shown what he is.
Chapter 300-301 :
Secret revealed : sai's trueself & sasukes new shippuden look first time after valley of end.
Chapter 400- 401 :
secret revealed : a very long awaited truth about itachi uchiha & uchiha massacre finally shown.
