Sasuke and Oro aren't going to the shrine

Thanks to Hashirama Descendant's thread, I just realized something. WHY would Oro and Sasuke be going to Konoha, isn't the village in ruins, and is being reconstructed? Wouldn't the Uchiha hideout and such places near the shrine, have been wiped out? There's nothing they could do, cause the tablet must have been destroyed too.

I could see how it could possibly survive the attack. it was underground. and i may be wrong, but i think the manga said somewhere that the uchiha's area was near the outside of the village so it wouldnt have taken as bad a hit as the center of the village

I'm saying that it's possible that the uchiha shrine could have been destroyed in the Pain invasion. So I don't understand why people think Sasuke and Oro are going there. Although people have brought up good points about it being underground.
