Onoki (same age as Raikage) > Third Raikage (Detailed out)

Hello, this is my second thread of the day and it is inspired by a member called :NegativeKnight.

So we have Onoki and the 3rd Raikage. Both are formidable Kages but Onoki is the better one, for particular reasons.

Onoki's power :


Kekkei Tota:

Dust Release is an advanced nature kekkei tōta, an advanced version of kekkei genkai, which is created through simultaneous use of the earth, wind, and fire natures. The techniques of this nature initially form as a small three-dimensional object (e.g. a cube, a cone, etc.) composed of chakra that forms between the user's hands. When the technique is released, the form expands and surrounds the target. This nature allows the user to manipulate molecules, giving them the ability to disintegrate anything on a molecular level within the boundaries of the three-dimensional form.

Earth Style :

He can create multiple rock clones for assistance in battle. Ōnoki has demonstrated aptitude with the Earth Release: Moving Earth Core technique that allows him to raise or lower the ground as he pleases. He is capable of creating massive Rock Golems for assisting with defence or offence. Ōnoki has also demonstrated earth techniques that involve the manipulation of the weight of objects. By touching his target he can increase or decrease the weight of objects. To make up for his lack of physical prowess, Ōnoki can cover his arm and fist in rock to increase his striking power. If that fails, he can use an advanced version of the Added-Weight Rock Technique to increase the weight of his rock fist to penetrate strong defences.

Fire and Wind Release: He has show nothing in these 2 elements. Meaning hes not good in them or he didn't train in them OR that he just hasn't shown his complete power for some reason.

Now the Third Raikage:


Taijutsu:

His strength was able to launch a man-sized target several metres and through solid rock with a single punch. He had the power to take on a Tailed beast in a one on one.

He was fast enough to dodge Naruto's Wind Release: Rasenshuriken twice, despite the technique's immense speed. Naruto even noted that his speed was on par with that of his son's.

Even more impressive, he was renowned for his tremendous level of durability so much so that his body gained the name the "strongest shield". With this trait, he was the only person of this time capable of being transported by the Heavenly Transfer Technique without being torn to shreds because of his tough body

Ninjutsu:

The user wraps their body in a layer of lightning chakra that, instead of being used offensively, is used to electrically stimulate the user's nervous system. The technique speeds up neural synapses to react faster to danger and to push physical prowess to the absolute limit, allowing for tremendous raw speed. The armour also increases the user's defences, drastically reducing, if not completely negating, damage from incoming attacks. Increases the Speed to where even the sharingan can barerly catch it.

The Hell Stab is the strongest technique of the Third Raikage, whereby he concentrates a considerable amount of lightning chakra into just the finger-tips of a single hand and then performs a thrusting motion, which together allows him to pierce a target in a manner somewhat similar to either the Chidori or Lightning Cutter.

Black Lightening:

After generating black lightning from their body which takes the form of a panther, the user can manipulate it to affect multiple victims at once by electrocuting them. Like various other Lightning Release techniques, the potency of this ability can be increased through the application of water.

Only known black lightening tech.

BATTLE SCENARIO:

Raikage And Onoki are ready and Raikage makes the first move using lightening armor.

Onoki dodges it by Flying.

Onoki uses a clone and tries to trick the raikage and sneaks up behind him.

He makes the Raikage heavy by using the Weight technique , (he used it to make A lighter, so im it can be used for opposite to).

So, with that it would reduce the Raikage's speed.

Then the Raikage uses Black Panther Technique by Onoki counters it with Earth Style or Dust release.

So then Onoki follows it up with a earth style wall using it was a decoy and when the third Raikage tries to break through it or around it. Onoki uses the Dust release and the raikage will be Defeated =D.

The third Railkage was the one that taught Darui the black ligting.

I agree that Onoki would win. but he would still get very badly injured.
If it wasn't for Kekkei Touta he would just die to raikage.
But as you remember sasuke made raikage lose his arm. and took them on with ease. it was Onoki who almost obliterated him if it wasnt for Tobi.
so i would agree.

The fight between Raikage is a questionable since it wasn't a full one on one fight. But yes his main reason of winning is The Kekkei Touta

I'll still take Mokuton over it though. you know creating villages, houses, and etc. The good life =D

I don't know, I think it would be a little tougher for Oonoki then that. Wouldn't the hell stab be able to break the dust release force field?

Plus Raikage has the elemental upper hand. Lightning is the weakness of earth. I'm not sayin', I'm just sayin'.

I always thought it was Earth > Lightning.

But no the hell stab would not break the dust release force field, instead the raikage will be consumed by it.

well atleast you provided a better argument than "ohnoki can fly , so he wins" lol but the battle scenario was all ifs and you made it as though the raikages abilitys to dodge were gone
