Shikaku Nara or Hatake Kakashi

Ok, so the question basically is who is more suited to be Hokage OR who is more qualified to be Hokage. Lets look at both of the people's feats


Shikaku:

• 1.Commander of the Jounin of Konohagakure,
  
• 2. Chief strategist of the Shinobi alliance,
  
• 3. Leader of the Nara Clan.

Kakashi:

• 1.Leader of the Roots (stated by Sai),
  
• 2. Became Anbu at young age,
  
• 3. One of the Generals of the Shinobi Alliance.

So who is most likely to make the better Hokage??

I don't know. I'd say Kakashi because he is both intelligent and strong, but, he is not motivated to become Hokage.

I think they'd both be good choices. They're both extremely intelligent (Shikaku moreso) and great leaders, however Kakashi is stronger and strength is a big factor when deciding kage. I'd say Kakashi because of this.

The only thing pullling down Shikaku is that he doesn't have major solo jutsus to defend the village when the time comes.

I think Shikaku is stronger then Shikamaru though. And his experience with the Shadow techniques can be a big danger. But yes Kakashi is stronger.

Kakashi. The position of Hokage is designed for someone who is a powerful person that people can get behind. Shikaku does best as an adviser.

Shikaku's intelligence is uncomparable, but Hokage also needs to be powerful in terms of fighting skills. Yes, Shikaku's master at Shadow Mimic techniques but that's simply not enough. I wouldn't vouch even for Kakashi if he didn't have Mangekyou Sharingan.

Well Shikaku is the leader of the jounin's for a reason. I betting hes pretty strong
