Merged: Questions about Avatars not loading

For some reason i cant see my avatar, this happen after i had some nb connection problems, what can i do?:shrug:

You don't have any avatar.
Try uploading your avatar again. And make sure its the right size and format.

The dimensions:
150x200 reg member
150x300 premium
Size cannot exceed 500 kb
Make sure you copied the image location of the url. Right click on the image.

These are known issues

i made sure its the right size and waited for like 5 mins for it to load, and still nothing ill just contact a mod.

Are you uploading directly from your computer?
Or pasting a url? If so, could you paste it here?
There's no need to contact a mod for this simple matter.
If it works for everyone else it should work for you.

Note: The maximum size of your custom image is 150 by 200 pixels or 500.0 KB (whichever is smaller).

^ make sure the pic aint too big!

It was exactly 150 by 200.

then wait 10 mins, if that doesnt work, then something must be up with your comp, connection or make another account and try again.

EDIT: maybe is the server.

Of course, it depends on when Versuvio comes online as he works on the servers. If you could, please visit this thread in order to assist Versuvio in identifying the affected server(s):

I have the same problem ...I went to change my avatar ..the new one didn't load , and then I changed it back and the older one also doesn't appear anymore ..
