But I have seen Minato but Tobiramas S/T I have not so far so to me Minatos S/T > Tobiramas untill proven otherwise besaids Minato is 2 generations after Tobirama he could perfect S/T from where Tobirama left it but like I said we have no idea of what kind of S/T Tobirama had
