How I saw this video:
- You need to download better clips, HQ if possible.
- The clips look better and smoother if they are all the same size, example at 3:40 it changes to a HQ clip.
- Also make sure there isn't any subs, some people like them. Unless you have made the subs to make it ASMV = Anime Story Music Video

But overall it's nice for your second one.
