In Naruto base there are A LOT of characters that are overpowered and A LOT of characters that are underpowered. a lot of People in NARUTO BASE usually think of Shizune as Fodder but if you think about her abilities......SHES NOT FODDER!
SHIZUNE'S ABILITIES:
Healing: She is the 2nd Best Medical Ninja in the world. She healed Neji withthat Very advanced jutsu and did the autopsy of the pain body.
Intellegince: Shizune is very intelligent. For example she was the one that found out how Pain worked and she is the Leader of the support medical ninja group in the war (forgot its official name)
Jutsus: Her abilities mainly involve poison. Her best Jutsu is Poison Fog where she pits out a giant fog that will kill anyone that gets 1 breath of it (stated by Kabuto). She probably Knows Chakra Scalpel (due to Sakura learning it from Tsunade) but her skills would not be as good as Kabuto. In the Anime she used Shadow Clones. She also Took out Senta and Bunzo with No difficulty (not sure if that is an acheivment but still)
Weapons: She has a Wrist Mounted Senbon Launcher that shoots poisoned Senbons at high speed. She can Spit out Poison Needles. All of her other weapons are poisoned because she taught Sakura to poison her weapons.
Speed: She was Complemented by Kabuto saying that she is fast. Also the Data book gives her a 4.5 in speed (99% sure if not a 4)
Chakra Contol: From Learning Medical Ninjutsu from Tsunade, Shizune has been granted Great Chakra Contol which is used to Release most Genjutsus.
We have only seen her quickly fight Kabuto and she has shown this much.
She is definatly a Jounin
In my opinion She is Low Top Teir in Konoha right now, but still she would be in the top 20 so that would mean that she is not Fodder.
what are your opinions? what teir would you put her in?
