How many people do you have to go through to be able to rep someone again?

Let's say I rep Person A. How many people do I have to rep before I can rep Person A again?

Does time factor in at all? If you rep someone and go three days without doing anything can you rep them again?

No its definitely not time, it's repping a certain amount of people before you can rep again. I want to say the number is between 10-15, but I'm not too sure

it doesnt matter, it just has to be a good reason to rep+ . but if you rep them randomly, & then they rept you, then you do it back continously etc. you'll get a message from narutobase saying something about violations of rep rules. If your going to rep someone randomly its like every 4+ hours ,
