Minato won't be able to do that forever, he would run out of chakra very fast and spamming is not a problem for Naruto because he has a shitload of chakra. Naruto wins this mid or low difficulty if you ask me, he has great sensor abilities in KM or SM so minato won't just destroy all of his clones that easily. Seriously this souldn't even be discussed. Minato would get destroyed.
