Surely to reflect it off the moon would require the possession of Tsukuyomi.

Surely this means Tobi has the MS.

Itachi used Susano'o, an MS ability, with 3 tomoe.

That would make the Jubi very powerful, but surely Karuma would have mentioned that the Jubi has MS when briefing Naruto.

It's more likely the sage used doujutsu to subdue the Jubi before sealing it.

Maybe the Juubi has is. He does have a eye with Sharingan and Rinnegan combined. But he also has Sasuke why do you think he wanted him?
